We hoped to avoid a general uprising, and to transfer power to said government on schedule, without the transfer being seen as us cutting and running.<\/p>\n<p>Whose hopes were fulfilled?<\/p>\n<p>You have to keep your eyes on the true goal, and you have to be willing to be patient.
