Well, it has yet to develop.  At this time, it is almost noon in Iraq and the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.co.uk\/newsArticle.jhtml?type=topNews&#038;storyID=663439\">news<\/a> is of three suicide bombings and a small handful of mortar attacks.
