Wrong.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sfgate.com\/cgi-bin\/article.cgi?f=\/n\/a\/2005\/07\/19\/national\/w165142D55.DTL\">Wrong<\/a>.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>President Bush chose federal appeals court judge John G. Roberts Jr. on Tuesday as his first nominee for the Supreme Court, selecting a rock solid conservative whose nomination could trigger a tumultuous battle over the direction of the nation&#8217;s highest court, senior administration officials said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I have no stance at this time other than Judge Roberts is certainly no Justice Ginsberg and (please, please, please) hopefully no Justice Souter.
